Head of Product Operations (m/f/d) – Make things happen

Your role

  • Design, further development, and optimization of operational processes within the product organization, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability
  • Development of teams and fostering of an open, trust-based collaboration culture
  • Establishment and assurance of quality standards for products and processes
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of employees, guided by a modern and appreciative leadership approach
  • Planning and facilitation of retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  • Close collaboration with Product Owners to align on strategic topics and priorities
  • Development, implementation, and management of relevant KPIs to ensure transparent performance tracking
  • Preparation of insightful reports as a basis for well-informed decision-making
  • Active contribution to strategic initiatives and the ongoing development of the organization

Your profile

  • At least 7 years of leadership experience with a clear and empathetic leadership style
  • Strong understanding of processes, with proven experience in designing and optimizing them
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with SharePoint and common project management tools
  • Ideally, expertise in finance, taxation, and/or customs to provide sound guidance to the team
  • Confident handling of challenging situations, with experience in escalation management
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1), both written and spoken.
