Python Developer/ Data Scientist (m/f/d) - From raw data to real world solutions

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable Python-based backend services.
• Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices for reliable and flexible applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and processing workflows.
• Work hands-on with complex datasets, turning raw data into meaningful, usable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into practical, working solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Take end-to-end ownership: monitor, troubleshoot, optimize systems, and step in to solve ad-hoc challenges with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong Python skills and the ability to build and improve production-ready systems.
• Professional experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern backend design.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, data processing, and working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Neo4j).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in dynamic environments (German B2 level required).
