Lead the design and development of robust, scalable Python-based backend services.
Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices for reliable and flexible applications.
Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and processing workflows.
Work hands-on with complex datasets, turning raw data into meaningful, usable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into practical, working solutions.
Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
Take end-to-end ownership: monitor, troubleshoot, optimize systems, and step in to solve ad-hoc challenges with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.

Dein Profil

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
Strong Python skills and the ability to build and improve production-ready systems.
Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern backend design.
Good understanding of data pipelines, data processing, and working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Neo4j).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in dynamic environments (German B2 level required).
